Building Request Form
The building request form is our church’s way of ensuring that all ministries are being provided for in the best way possible. If your ministry is in need of church space or church equipment, we ask that you please fill out a building request form. By filling out a form, you ensure that your ministry will be secured on our calendar. If there is no form on file, we cannot guarantee that a space or equipment will be available to you. - pdf Send your request online by filling out the document and submitting via email (If you are using an outside email client (example: hotmail, aol, yahoo) that is not installed on your computer you will have to save this document to your computer and attach to your email.)
