Reverend Cook had transferred from New York to Colorado because of Mrs. Cook's health.  She died in 1902.  He returned to New York December 28, 1903 for her burial.
The church gained 100 new members under his ministry.  All indebtedness was paid.  A new pipe organ was installed, free of debt.  Many new members joined Sunday School and Epworth League.
